Subject: Hello from Kip's cousins visiting WOW (Mom Kenyon)

Sept '07. The Poker Run is a wonderful way to remember Kip. We are cousins Janice and Penny from TN and MI. Keep the memory and ride safe.

This is the event of the year. I always enjoy being a part of the love shared for Kip and the Kids at the Ronald McDonald House.

Kip - I met you and the gang during a very tough time in my life. You all "adopted" the affectionately named Drunk man into the Friady and Staturday nights at the Rustic and Falls for great friendship and drinks. You all showed what a true group of friends are. Always know that your smile and spirit remain with us and that you have felt for all to share. happy birthday and good riding Kip.

My first trip to Bike Week'95 in Daytona was with Doug Doak, Larry Jones, Spot,Spoke and Kip and a few others. Both Kip and I had the identical black Sportsters. I still have mine and every time I get on it , I remember the great times we all had back then and especially Kip....He was a cool quiet dude With whom I really felt comfortable knowing and sharing memories.
My best to Kip and all his family of friends.it is great to see his memory has not faded.

THANK YOU!!!

Gary & Sally Scott - Thu Jan 06, 2005
Sycamore, IL.
Kips father, Mike, and my wife Sally are first cousins. The last time we saw Kip was Jan.9, 1983. He and Mike were driving a Ford Mustang from San Diego, CA to Maryland for some guy. They spent a couple of days with us in Illinois and the day they left was very windy with a wind chill factor of -89 degrees. We tried talking them into waiting out the weather but they were insistent on getting back home. Mike said one would drive while the other had his head out the window navigating as they had no heater nor defroster and the windshield was frosted over. They made it as far as Ohio when they decided enough was enough and got a motel room.
Bless all of you for such a great tribute to Kip. We look forward to the 2nd Annual Kip Kenyon Memorial. Gary & Sally

Thanks so much for putting this little bit of LOVE there!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EACH OF YOU. CHRISTMAS WAS ALWAYS A GREAT TIME OF YEAR CELEBRATING WITH KIP AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY. IT'S DIFFERENT NOW. HIS ABSENCE IS PAINFULLY NOTED, BUT HIS SPIRIT IS EVER PRESENT.

It was almost surreal putting together the 1st Annual Kip Kenyon Poker Run. We couldn't believe it had been a year since Kip left us - it seems like just yesterday we were laughing with him. Thanks to everyone for the stories and memories. Kip brought a very special group together that day. Miss you & love you Kip!
